Using epals will be a part of your writing process in which we will learn in class.  You will write to your epal in a form of a friendly letter.  You will be incorporating different types of poetry in you writing and different styles of writing too.  The information you collection from your epal will be presented in a form of a scrape book.  You will share your scrape book with the class at the end of the year.  Every six weeks you will be required to write a letter to your epal.  I will give this information to you before the assignment.  You will work individually on each assignment.
